Peoria, IL – The Heart of Illinois Regional Port District (TransPORT) is pleased to announce that UMIMRA (Upper Mississippi, Illinois and Missouri Rivers Association), whose mission is enhancing the quality of life and ensuring a healthy economic future for the Upper Mississippi Valley, will be hosting its 2006 Annual Conference in Peoria at the Hotel Pere Marquette on Friday, February 17, 2006.
